In response, McGregor’s coach did not have to think a lot before answering. Many fans would have expected McGregor vs. Mayweather to be his favorite moment. However, it was something else. “Professionally speaking, it’s going to be pretty obvious. It’s going to be Madison Square Garden, Conor becoming the first ever simultaneous two-weight world champion. That was amazing. The fight itself is beautiful,” he said.

Apparently, coach Kavanagh feels that his trainee becoming the UFC’s first double champ by defeating Eddie Alvarez at UFC 205 was his best professional moment. But there is another phenomenal fight that he puts right up there on the list.
