While talking to Rich Eisen, he mentioned the same and when asked how often he connects with him throughout the week, he said, “He’s uh, extremely respectful, you know of the added responsibility I have on my plate and that’s something we’ve talked about regularly”.

He also praised Jerry Jones for how he doesn’t ask for game plan breakdowns, “If anything he doesn’t want to take up you know more time as needed but we talk about all the things we need to talk about so that part hasn’t changed at all.” Coach said.
