In a press conference on Friday at the Buick LPGA Shanghai event, Danielle Kang discussed her performance through the first 36 holes. The one-time major winner in the press conference held at Qizhong Garden Golf Club, China, commented on her current form. She stated that she feels as if she has been in a really good position since the Solheim Cup. The LPGA star is currently tied for ninth with a score of eight under par after day 3.

Kang did not shy away from admitting that her performance has not been up to par in the recent past. Comparing this year to the past, her performance evidently took a hit. She also spoke about the bullying and criticism she received.

The 6-time LPGA winner was aware of the fact that people had made taunts about her game and that there had been significant buzz around it. She said, “People have made enough comments about my golf game to understand that, yes, I have not played as good as I should, or that they think I should. There you go.”
